Initial Assessment

Service Description

Complete nutritional assessment and intake to help understand where the client is on their health journey, where they want to go, and any current obstacles they may be facing. A personalized session between 60 and 75 minutes where client and coach can get to know each other and start a partnership towards optimal health!
